How did you discover this brand?
I discovered Starvac at the International Aesthetics & Spa Congress in 2018. I had already heard about this brand from a health professional I was working with. I wanted to take advantage of the Congress to learn more and make up my own mind.
I was then looking for an equipment that would allow me to complete my practice because I was only doing manual care and I wanted to enrich my services. The demonstration given by the Starvac trainer allowed me to understand the care techniques that the brand offers and I immediately found the complementarity that I had come to look for.
What did you like immediately?
The combination of several techniques in a single device and the possibility to perform treatments on the body as well as on the face thanks to the different treatment heads, without altering the manual work. The promise of a natural and painless treatment also appealed to me because it met my expectations and my way of practicing.
Why are you still working with this brand today?
The equipment with which I work, the DXsmart, corresponds to the expectations of my clients: its use allows for visible results, an effective action on cellulite as well as on skin tone. On a daily basis, I feel supported by Starvac: I first received training when I bought the product and since then I know that I can ask the brand if I have any questions. This accompaniment allows me to use the device with complete serenity and I regularly discover new treatments that I can perform such as pushup buttocks and treatment against stretch marks. It’s nice to know that my machine allows me to offer a whole range of treatments to my clients. Complemented by my manual practice, I can now offer very personalized services.
What do your customers like about this brand?
They appreciate the Cellular Stretching® treatments because it is a method that acts in depth and without pain. It is similar to a manual massage with the same sensations of well-being and relaxation. My clients also ask me a lot about the brand cosmetics I use during the treatment. They appreciate the natural active ingredients and I often let them read the composition by themselves: the description of the ingredients and the associated actions are explained in a simple and clear way, which favors the confidence they can have in the brand.
What could you say to an esthetician who is hesitant to work with this brand to convince her?
First of all, trust Starvac, which manufactures all its devices in France, and this is a guarantee of quality. It is also in France that the after-sales service of the brand is located, in case of concern, it helps! It is easier and quicker to take charge of. And then there is the training and availability of the training department. The relationship with the brand doesn’t stop at the signature of the order form and it’s reassuring to know that you are accompanied if necessary. Finally, investing in a Starvac device is, in my opinion, a profitable investment: the purchase price is reasonable, the treatments are of high quality; the clients appreciate it and ask for more or recommend it to their friends, so you quickly pay back your investment.
In addition, this new concept allows me to differentiate myself from the centers next to me equipped with another technology. I am therefore free to practice the rates at the height of the service I provide: 70 €.
In one word, I tried it, I adopted it… and so did my clients!
